3-day free trial
Recovery Life System provides a 3-day free trial so new members can explore the dashboard, recovery check-ins, review tools, support planning, emotional-regulation tools, resume builder, study tools, financial rebuilding tools, and business planning tools before the annual payment is charged.
A payment method is required during checkout. No charge is made during the first 3 days. After the trial ends, the membership automatically continues for $19.95 per year unless the member cancels before the trial ends.
Cancellation policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their Payhip customer account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and removes membership access.
If a member cancels during the 3-day free trial, the annual payment is not charged. If a member cancels after the annual payment has already been charged, the cancellation stops the next renewal but does not automatically create a prorated refund.
Refund policy
Because Recovery Life System provides immediate access to the complete online membership and includes a free trial period, payments already made after the free trial are generally not prorated or refunded.
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as duplicate billing, accidental payment, technical access problems that cannot be resolved, or where required by law.
Before access ends
Members should download a private backup of their records before canceling or before membership access ends. Recovery Life System stores private entries in the member’s browser, not in a central account database. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or losing access to a device may remove locally saved entries unless the member has a backup.
